个人简介

研究领域

时空数据智能、城市计算、计算流行病学。

个人简介

博士生导师,研究员。基于时空大数据、地理空间智能、高性能计算等理论方法,面向疾病传播、人类移动、交通流动等重要时空动态,构建时空数据挖掘、时空动态模拟、时空控制优化的方法技术,应用于公共卫生、城市交通、应急管理和大数据服务等,形成交叉学科研究成果。特别地,近年基于城市大数据研发的传染病精细化时空模型与智能化防控决策辅助技术被实际应用于新冠、登革热、流感的疫情防控中,持续为全国及各省市疾控中心提供重要的技术支持。在地理信息、计算机、公共卫生、城市研究等领域发表学术论文100余篇,获得授权专利20余项,主持国家级、省部级与市级20余项科研项目。获2020年广东“最美科技工作者”、2021年深圳市科技进步一等奖(第一完成人)、2021年测绘科学技术奖特等奖、2022年北京市科技进步奖二等奖、2023年广东省科技进步等多项科技奖励。
