个人简介

郗文辉，博士，中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院副研究员，博士生导师，深圳市智能生物信息学重点实验室副主任。研究方向包括生物医学大数据、复杂疾病致病机理、蛋白质结构预测与分子模拟、人工智能辅助药物开发。近10年来在ACS Nano，J of Chemical Theory and Computing，Scientific Reports，J of Physical Chemistry B等高质量SCI期刊上发表23余篇学术论文，-index为15，总引用1000余次，单篇论文最高被引340多次，申请专利5项。
